These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the stellarflypods.com website and your purchase of STELLAR FlyPods products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by Dedal Trade Limited (also registered as DEDAL TRADE Co., Ltd., Hong Kong).

All prices shown on stellarflypods.com are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor differences in colour or finish between images and the physical product may occur due to screen calibration.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.
Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store your payment card details.
We offer free shipping within the European Union. Delivery times and carriers are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
EU statutory right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Our extended policy: We voluntarily extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@stellarstlr.com within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
STELLAR FlyPods are covered by a 399-day warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@stellarstlr.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
EU statutory rights: Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law. Your statutory rights apply in addition to and independently of this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dedal Trade Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of stellarflypods.com shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory consumer rights remain fully unaffected.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where mandatory EU consumer law applies to your specific transaction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU member state in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that member state.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which you may use to resolve disputes.
