Our Commitment

At STELLAR, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. STELLAR FlyPods come with an extended 399-day warranty — longer than the industry standard — handled directly by us, no third parties, no runaround.

If something goes wrong with your FlyPods under normal use, we've got you covered.

What's Covered

Your 399-day warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Hardware failures that occur under normal, everyday use
• Charging case defects (including charging port and case battery)
• Earbud hardware failures (drivers, microphones, sensors)
• LED or button malfunctions not caused by physical damage

STELLAR FlyPods carry an IPX5 water resistance rating. IPX5 means protection against low-pressure water jets from any direction — such as rain, sweat, or splashes. IPX5 does not cover submersion, high-pressure water, or prolonged exposure to water.

Coverage begins from the date of purchase.

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents
• Water damage beyond the IPX5 rating (submersion, high-pressure water, or prolonged water exposure)
• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear (ear tips, cable, outer finish)
• Damage from use with incompatible accessories or power sources
• Loss or theft
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or unofficial channels
• Products with tampered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers
• Second-hand or pre-owned products — warranty is non-transferable

How to Make a Claim

Our warranty process has two stages:

1. Online troubleshooting — Email us at info@stellarstlr.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — STELLAR FlyPods". Include your proof of purchase from an authorised retailer (order confirmation or receipt), the serial number of your FlyPods (found inside the charging case), and a clear description of the issue with photos or a short video. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue remotely.
2. Product replacement — If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will arrange a replacement. We will provide return instructions as soon as we have a clear understanding of your case. Return shipping of the defective product is the customer's responsibility. Replacement shipping is on us.

If you purchased from an authorised reseller, please contact them directly. Reseller purchases carry the same warranty coverage and the reseller will coordinate with us on your behalf.

Please note: each serial number is eligible for one warranty claim only. All claims require verification of the serial number, proof of purchase from an authorised channel, and photographic evidence of the issue.

Warranty Scope

This warranty applies worldwide to STELLAR FlyPods purchased through authorised channels, including stellarflypods.com, our official Amazon stores, and authorised retail partners.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To validate a warranty claim, we require the original proof of purchase and a matching serial number. Each serial number is linked to a single warranty entitlement.

Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, second-hand markets, or any unofficial channel are not eligible for warranty coverage.

EU Statutory Rights

If you purchased STELLAR FlyPods in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under EU law apply in full and are not affected by this warranty. EU consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
