If something goes wrong with your FlyPods under normal use, we've got you covered.
Your 399-day warranty covers:
STELLAR FlyPods carry an IPX5 water resistance rating. IPX5 means protection against low-pressure water jets from any direction — such as rain, sweat, or splashes. IPX5 does not cover submersion, high-pressure water, or prolonged exposure to water.
Coverage begins from the date of purchase.
Our warranty process has two stages:
If you purchased from an authorised reseller, please contact them directly. Reseller purchases carry the same warranty coverage and the reseller will coordinate with us on your behalf.
Please note: each serial number is eligible for one warranty claim only. All claims require verification of the serial number, proof of purchase from an authorised channel, and photographic evidence of the issue.
This warranty applies worldwide to STELLAR FlyPods purchased through authorised channels, including stellarflypods.com, our official Amazon stores, and authorised retail partners.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To validate a warranty claim, we require the original proof of purchase and a matching serial number. Each serial number is linked to a single warranty entitlement.
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, second-hand markets, or any unofficial channel are not eligible for warranty coverage.
If you purchased STELLAR FlyPods in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under EU law apply in full and are not affected by this warranty. EU consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
