STELLARvibe is the official companion app for STELLAR FlyPods, developed and operated by Dedal Trade Limited (also registered as DEDAL TRADE Co., Ltd., Hong Kong). We design affordable, high-quality audio products and take your privacy seriously — which is why we built STELLARvibe to work entirely on your device, with no servers, no accounts, and no data collection.

STELLARvibe is local-only. It does not send any data to our servers or to any third party. Here is everything it accesses — and why.

🔵 Bluetooth device information When you pair STELLAR FlyPods, Vibe stores the device name and its Bluetooth identifier on your phone so it can reconnect automatically the next time you open the case. This information never leaves your device.

🎵 Music track metadata If you enable STELLAR Auto-EQ, Vibe reads the song title and artist name from your music app’s Now Playing notification. This is used only to identify the genre and select the best EQ preset automatically. The track name is processed instantly on your device and is never stored, never uploaded, and never shared.

🎚️ EQ presets Your custom EQ settings and saved presets are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server.

🚫 Nothing else STELLARvibe does not collect your name, email address, location, payment information, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data. There are no third-party SDKs, trackers, or analytics libraries inside Vibe.

Since STELLARvibe does not send any data to external servers, there is no remote data processing. All processing occurs locally on your device under your direct control. The app operates on the legal basis of contractual necessity (providing the service you requested) and legitimate interest (improving connection reliability and sound quality on your device).

🔵 BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN Required to discover, connect, and communicate with your STELLAR FlyPods over Bluetooth.

🔔 POST_NOTIFICATIONS Required on Android 13+ to show you battery level and connection status in your notification bar.

📋 BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE Required for STELLAR Auto-EQ. Allows Vibe to read the Now Playing track name from your music app so it can automatically select the right EQ preset. No other notification content is read.

📷 CAMERA Used only when you choose to scan a QR code to import an EQ preset shared by someone else. Never accessed otherwise.

All data — device identifiers, EQ presets, and app preferences — is stored exclusively in your phone's local storage using Android's standard SharedPreferences and Room database. This data is included in Android's standard backup if you have that enabled, but is not accessible to us.

Because we collect no data on our servers, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. All local data (EQ presets, device info, preferences) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data from your phone's settings.

STELLARvibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, note that no personal data is collected or transmitted regardless.

Since we hold no personal data on our servers, most data rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are exercised directly on your device by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

We may update this policy if we add new features that affect data handling. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you within the app. Continued use of STELLARvibe after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
