STELLARvibe is the official companion app for STELLAR FlyPods, developed and operated by Dedal Trade Limited (also registered as DEDAL TRADE Co., Ltd., Hong Kong SAR), which is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

STELLARvibe has no user accounts, and we run no servers that receive your data. Most of what the app does happens on your phone and on your earbuds. The few things that do use the internet are listed in full below.

🔵 Bluetooth device information When you pair STELLAR FlyPods, the app stores the device name and its Bluetooth identifier on your phone so it can reconnect automatically. This information never leaves your phone.

🎚️ EQ settings and presets Your EQ settings and saved presets are stored on your phone and sent to your earbuds over Bluetooth. They are not uploaded anywhere. If you share a preset, the link or QR code contains only the EQ values and the preset name.

🎵 Song title and artist — only when Auto-EQ is on STELLAR Auto-EQ is off until you turn it on. When it is on, the app reads the title and artist of the song that is playing (on Android from the music app's notification; on iPhone from Apple Music or Spotify) and looks up the song's genre in public online music databases. Each lookup sends only the song title and artist name. Like any internet request, it also reveals your phone's IP address to that service. No account, no audio and no other information is sent. The genre that comes back is used on your phone to choose the EQ preset.

🌐 Other internet connections • Update check: on iPhone, when you open the My FlyPods tab, the app asks Apple's App Store lookup service whether a newer version is available. This sends the app's identifier and reveals your IP address to Apple. From version 1.39.3 the Android app makes no such request. • Fonts: from version 1.39.3, all typefaces are built into the app and nothing is downloaded. Earlier versions download a typeface from Google Fonts the first time it is needed, which reveals your IP address to Google. • Links you tap (our website, app stores, social networks) open in your browser or the relevant app.

🚫 Nothing else STELLARvibe does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, payment details, usage analytics, crash reports or advertising identifiers. It contains no advertising or analytics software.

We do not receive any of your data. The only data that leaves your phone goes directly to these services:

• Public online music databases: song title and artist, only while Auto-EQ is on. • Apple: the update check on iPhone, and in Android versions before 1.39.3. • Google: font downloads, in app versions before 1.39.3 only.

Each service handles these requests under its own privacy policy. Some are located outside the European Economic Area, in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, the legal bases are:

⚖️ Bluetooth pairing, EQ settings and preset sharing — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): needed to provide the features you use.

⚖️ Auto-EQ genre lookups — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): given when you turn Auto-EQ on and allow access to what is playing. You can withdraw it at any time by turning Auto-EQ off or removing that access in your phone's settings. Withdrawal does not affect lookups made before.

⚖️ Update check, and font downloads in versions before 1.39.3 — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): to tell you about updates that fix problems and to show the app correctly. Only your IP address is involved.

⚖️ Camera and notifications — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given through your phone's permission settings.

📶 Bluetooth Required to find, connect to and control STELLAR FlyPods: battery levels, EQ and ANC. Used only to talk to your earbuds.

🎵 Notification access (Android) / Now Playing (iPhone) Used only by Auto-EQ, to read the title and artist of the song playing. No other notification content is read, and no audio is ever recorded. Optional.

📷 Camera Used only when you tap the QR scan button to import a shared EQ preset. The image is processed on your phone; the camera is never used in the background or to take photos.

🔔 Notifications Used to show connection and battery status. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

Everything STELLARvibe stores — Bluetooth pairing information, EQ settings and presets, Auto-EQ genre results, theme and language preferences — stays on your phone in the app's private storage. It may be included in your phone's own backup if you have backups turned on. We cannot access it.

• Bluetooth pairing information: until you unpair your FlyPods or uninstall the app. • EQ settings and presets: until you delete them or uninstall the app. • Auto-EQ genre results: kept on your phone for up to 7 days, then deleted automatically. • Theme and language preferences: until you change them or uninstall the app.

Uninstalling STELLARvibe removes all of this from your phone. We keep no copy.

STELLARvibe is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process data about children.

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Because the app's data is stored only on your phone, you can exercise most of these rights directly: change or delete presets and settings in the app, turn Auto-EQ off, remove permissions in your phone's settings, or uninstall the app. Data sent in a lookup is held by the service that received it; please use that service's own privacy contact.

For any question or request, email info@stellarstlr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU, the authority where you live or work; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

When we change this policy, we publish the new version in the app and at stellarflypods.com/privacy and update the date at the top. If a change affects how your data is processed, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and, where the processing relies on your consent, ask for your consent again.
