🚀 GETTING STARTED
How do I pair STELLAR FlyPods for the first time?
It's super easy! Just open the charging case and your STELLAR FlyPods will jump into pairing mode all on their own. On your phone, open Bluetooth settings and tap "STELLAR FlyPods" — that's it! Next time you open the case, STELLARvibe will connect automatically.
Does STELLARvibe connect automatically?
Yes! Just open the case near your phone and STELLARvibe connects in the background without you having to do anything. If it takes a few seconds longer than usual, just tap the connect button on the Home screen.
What are the tabs in the app?
There are four. Home shows your connection status and battery levels at a glance. Sound is where you pick an EQ preset or build your own. My FlyPods is where you manage ANC and see device info and in-ear detection. Me is where you personalise STELLARvibe, set up Auto-EQ, switch themes and find help.
🔗 CONNECTION
My STELLAR FlyPods won't connect. What should I try?
No worries, this usually does the trick:
1. Pop both STELLAR FlyPods back in the case and close the lid for 5 seconds.
2. Open the case near your phone and wait a moment.
3. Still nothing? Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, remove STELLAR FlyPods from the list, and pair them again fresh.
The app says 'disconnected' but I can hear audio. Why?
The app controls advanced features (EQ, ANC, battery) over a separate connection from audio streaming. Try closing and reopening the case, or tapping Connect in the app. Your audio will keep playing — you just won't have app control until reconnected.
The tabs are greyed out. How do I use the app?
The Sound and My FlyPods tabs send changes straight to your STELLAR FlyPods, so they unlock once your earbuds are connected. Open the case near your phone and the app will connect automatically — nothing you set is lost. Home and Me are always available.
🎵 SOUND & EQ
How do I change the sound profile?
Head to the Sound tab and pick any preset you like — Bass Boost, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical and more. The moment you tap it, your STELLAR FlyPods switch to that sound. Instant upgrade!
Can I create a custom EQ?
Yes! In the Sound tab, tap "Custom" to reveal the 10-band EQ sliders. Drag each band to your taste, then tap Save to name and keep your preset. It will appear in your presets list from then on.
How do I share my EQ preset?
Found your perfect sound? Share it! Tap the share icon on any preset in the Sound tab. You can send it as a link or a QR code. The other person just opens the link or scans the code in STELLARvibe and your settings are imported instantly.
How do I reset the EQ to default?
In the Sound tab, tap the Flat preset — that's a perfectly neutral EQ with no boosts or cuts. Or long-press any custom preset to get delete and reset options.
🔒 PERMISSIONS
Why does the app need Bluetooth permission?
Bluetooth is how the app talks to your STELLAR FlyPods — EQ changes, ANC control, and battery readings all happen over Bluetooth. Without it, the app can't control anything.
Why does the app need Notification access?
Notification access is only used for STELLAR Auto-EQ. When you're listening to music, STELLARvibe reads the song title and artist from your music app's 'Now Playing' notification — that's how it knows which EQ preset to switch to automatically. No other notifications are read.
Why does the app need Camera permission?
Camera is only used when you choose to scan a QR code to import an EQ preset someone shared with you. The camera is never accessed for any other reason.
Can I use the app without giving all permissions?
Yes. Bluetooth is required for any device control. Notification access is optional — you just won't have Auto-EQ. Camera is optional — you can import presets via link instead of QR. The app will tell you exactly what each permission enables.
🤖 AUTO-EQ
What is STELLAR Auto-EQ?
Think of it as your personal sound DJ, built right into STELLARvibe! Auto-EQ reads what you're playing (the song title and artist, no microphone involved) and automatically picks the best sound preset for the genre — Bass Boost for hip-hop, Classical for orchestral music, and so on. It works quietly in the background so you never have to think about it.
Auto-EQ isn't switching when I change tracks. Why?
Auto-EQ requires Notification Listener permission to read what's playing. Go to Settings → Special app access → Notification access and make sure STELLARvibe is enabled. Also make sure Auto-EQ is switched on in the app, under Me → STELLAR Auto-EQ.
Can I turn Auto-EQ off for a specific song?
Yes — simply tap any preset in the Sound tab while the song is playing. Your choice stays for that song, and Auto-EQ takes over again automatically when the next track starts. To switch Auto-EQ off completely, go to Me → STELLAR Auto-EQ.
🔇 ANC & TRANSPARENCY
What is ANC?
ANC stands for Active Noise Cancellation. It uses tiny microphones to listen to the noise around you and cancel it out, so all you hear is your music. Great for commutes, busy offices or anywhere you just want to zone in. STELLAR FlyPods achieve –28 dB of noise reduction.
What is Transparency mode?
Transparency mode lets outside sound pass through so you can hear your surroundings without taking your earbuds out — perfect for conversations, crossing streets, or hearing announcements. Switch to it with the ANC control in the app's My FlyPods tab.
How do I switch between ANC modes?
In the app's My FlyPods tab, tap the ANC control. You'll cycle through Off → ANC On → Transparency, and the change is instant. You can also double-tap either earbud (if you've set the touch control to ANC in settings).
🔋 BATTERY
Where do I see the battery level?
The Home tab shows battery for the left earbud, right earbud, and case separately. There's also a notification in your status bar when STELLAR FlyPods are connected.
The battery percentage disappeared. Why?
Battery info is only available when the app is connected to your STELLAR FlyPods via Bluetooth. If the app lost connection, put both buds in the case, close the lid for a few seconds, then reopen it.
The battery shows wrong or doesn't update.
Battery readings update every few seconds. If the reading seems stuck, close and reopen the case to force a fresh connection. If it continues showing wrong values, try a force-close and restart of the app.
🎨 THEMES
How do I change the app theme?
Go to the Me tab and tap the Theme row. You'll see all five themes — Eclipse, Aurora, Nebula, Nova, and Pulsar. Tap the one you like and STELLARvibe switches instantly — no restart needed.
Is my theme saved between sessions?
Yes. Your theme choice is saved to your device and loads automatically every time you open the app.
🔧 TROUBLESHOOTING
I hear no sound from one FlyPod.
Put both STELLAR FlyPods in the case for 10 seconds, then take them out together. If one bud is significantly lower on battery than the other, charge the case for 20 minutes before trying again.
The app crashes on startup.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → STELLARvibe → Storage → Clear cache) and relaunch. Your EQ presets and settings are preserved.
The EQ bars are moving but I don't hear a difference.
Make sure your music is playing through your STELLAR FlyPods (not phone speakers). The EQ only applies to audio routed through the earbuds. Also check that the selected preset isn't Flat.
STELLAR FlyPods don't appear in my phone's Bluetooth list.
Open the charging case — the earbuds only enter pairing mode when removed from the case. If they still don't appear, hold the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds to factory-reset the earbuds, then try pairing again.
How do I factory reset the STELLAR FlyPods?
With both earbuds in the case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds. This resets the Bluetooth pairing. You'll need to pair them again as new in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
