STELLARvibe is the official companion app for STELLAR FlyPods, developed and operated by Dedal Trade Limited (also registered as DEDAL TRADE Co., Ltd., Hong Kong). We design affordable, high-quality audio products and take your privacy seriously — which is why we built STELLARvibe to run primarily on your device, with no accounts and no servers of our own.

STELLARvibe has no accounts and no servers of ours. Aside from the optional Auto-EQ genre check, everything stays on your device. Here is what it accesses — and why.

🔵 Bluetooth device information When you pair STELLAR FlyPods, Vibe stores the device name and its Bluetooth identifier on your phone so it can reconnect automatically the next time you open the case. This information never leaves your device.

🎵 Music track metadata If you turn on STELLAR Auto-EQ, Vibe uses the current song title and artist to detect its genre and pick a matching EQ preset. No personal information is involved.

🎚️ EQ presets Your custom EQ settings and saved presets are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server.

🚫 Nothing else STELLARvibe does not collect your name, email address, location, payment information, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data. There are no third-party SDKs, trackers, or analytics libraries inside Vibe.

STELLARvibe processes a minimal amount of data, almost all of which stays on your device under your direct control. The app operates on the legal basis of contractual necessity (providing the service you requested) and legitimate interest (improving connection reliability and sound quality). The optional Auto-EQ genre check runs only after you enable it, and you can turn it off at any time.

🔵 BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN Required to discover, connect, and communicate with your STELLAR FlyPods over Bluetooth.

🔔 POST_NOTIFICATIONS Required on Android 13+ to show you battery level and connection status in your notification bar.

📋 BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE Required for STELLAR Auto-EQ. Allows Vibe to read the current track's title and artist from your music app so it can automatically select the right EQ preset. No other notification content is read.

📷 CAMERA Used only when you choose to scan a QR code to import an EQ preset shared by someone else. Never accessed otherwise.

All app data — device identifiers, EQ presets, and app preferences — is stored on your phone using your device's standard secure local storage. This data is included in your device's standard backup if you have that enabled, but is not accessible to us.

Because we keep no data on our own servers, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. Local data (EQ presets, device info, preferences) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Auto-EQ genre results are cached on your device for a short time, then expire automatically.

STELLARvibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, note that no personal data is collected regardless.

Since we hold no personal data on our own servers, most data rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are exercised directly on your device by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

We may update this policy if we add new features that affect data handling. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you within the app. Continued use of STELLARvibe after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
